Fieldberg Farm is proud to be one of Western Canada’s oldest organic producers and maintain the highest standards set by international certification boards, such as, TCO, EU and Kosher certification.
We have been involved in import/export, notably, importing 13 Charolais cattle from France 1969-1975, opening up exports for the first Canadian beef exports into Mexico in 1995 (live cattle into Mexico 1996-1999), invitro embryo technology and training as part of a CIDA Inc. (2001-2004), and seed potatoes, plantlets, tissue culture in Honduras, technology and production equipment into El Salvador in 2003.
We are currently working in Peru, Columbia, Venezuela, Madagascar and many other countries.
Other notable activities include exporting the first live Charolais into Australia in 1985 and importing Murrey Grey and Shorthorn cattle from Australia into Canada in 1985 and exported semen and embryos into Australia, England, USA and Mexico.
We are heavily involved in all aspects of hemp production and processing. Genetic development. Hemp growing and processing. CBD processing and marketing. Fiber production. Establishing approved varieties forcommercial production.
